Weekly Roundup #2: Rustic Vintage and Woodland Inspiration

This week was so inspiring for a mountain bride like me. All sorts of rustic, vintage, and mountain-y (can I use that as a word?) inspiration came to the fore. Here are some of my absolute favorites:

Rustic Forest Wedding from Cap Classique

I know this picture doesn't show a forest, but I wanted to illustrate that forest weddings don't have to be all about barn wood signs and nostalgic design elements. This couple incorporated shabby chic into their design for a new twist on forest weddings. Loved it!

Intimate Icelandic Wedding from Ruffled Blog

One thing I love about this wedding is that it sends a message that bigger is not always better or more beautiful. Combine a beautiful spot with an excellent photographer, invite a few of your closest friends and you have a gorgeous, heartfelt wedding.

Rustic Vintage from Elizabeth Ann Designs

I love the combination of rustic design with mid-century modern touches.

Chic Barn Wedding on a Budget from The Knotty Bride

I just totally drooled over the simple design elements and a stellar location of this wedding. And be still my cheap little heart, you know I love me a well-executed budget wedding!

Wooden Signs on the Sassy Bride from the Sassy Bride (One of my newest favorite bloggers!)

The Sassy Bride found these sweet-assed signs on Chocolate Butter Bean. I love the Sassy Bride's sense of style and, like Dog-n-Bird, she finds the coolest things!
