Why did you choose the Mountains for your wedding?
The two of us met in Flagstaff while going to school and absolutely love it here. Cody grew up in the mountains in Show Low, Arizona so it was no question we were going to get married outside.

How did you choose to personalize your wedding?
Our hashtag. Cody and I have the same middle name so it was #cmbsquared. The wedding was in our friends backyard.
What was your favorite part of the reception?
Dancing! It was a party.
What are three things you’re super glad you did?

What was the biggest challenge in planning your mountain wedding and how did you overcome it?
The hardest part was trying to figure out parking for so many people at a house! Luckily, there was a huge empty lot across the street (route 66) that a sweet sweet woman wine and let us use. Then we just had some of our friends do shuttling!
How did you find and choose your vendors?
Mostly through our friends and word of mouth.
What is your best piece of advice to other mountain brides who are planning their weddings?
Don’t hold back! The dreams that you have for your wedding are important and there is almost ALWAYS a way to do it within a budget. Be creative!
