As the evenings get increasingly chilly in the mountains, warm your guests up with this sublime fall cider drink. The sweetness of the honey and apples combined with the delicate sweet warmth of the bourbon is sure to be a hit. You can also add different seasonal spices, such as nutmeg, cardamon, or cloves.

  • 10 oz apple cider
  • 4 oz bourbon
  • 1 lady apple, cut in thick slices
  • 2 teaspoon organic, raw honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 quarts apple cider
  • 1 (750ml) bottle of bourbon
  • 3-4 lady apples, cut in thick slices
