The sweetness of the honey and apples combined with the delicate sweet warmth of the bourbon is sure to be a hit. You can also add different seasonal spices, such as nutmeg, cardamon, or cloves.
Makes 2 Drinks
- 10 oz apple cider
- 4 oz bourbon
- 1 lady apple, cut in thick slices
- 2 teaspoon organic, raw honey
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 quarts apple cider
- 1 (750ml) bottle of bourbon
- 3-4 lady apples, cut in thick slices
- 1/4 cup of organic, raw honey
- 1 ¼ teaspoons cinnamon
Makes 50 Drinks
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 2 (750ml) bottles of bourbon
- 10-15 lady apples, cut in thick slices
- 1 and 1/4 cups organic, raw honey
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Add cider, apple slices, honey and cinnamon to a big sauce pot, bring to boil and let simmer for 5 minutes, just to release the flavors. Strain the mixture (saving the apple slices for garnishing) and add bourbon. Pour into serving glasses and sip warm.
