Hi! It’s Haley from The Bride Link. I hope you enjoy this light and bubbly grapefruit fizz signature cocktail. I chose to pair it with elegant gold and gray wedding details that are perfect for late winter and early spring weddings, when the air is warming and there’s a fresh scent in the air but winter’s gray clouds still linger. I hope you enjoy both the drink and the inspiration!

Grapefruit Fizz Signature Drink Recipe
Serves 4
- 2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (ruby red is my favorite, but any sweet, flavorful grapefruit will do)
- 2 cups chilled soda water
- 2–4 tablespoons light agave nectar
- Plenty of ice cubes
- 4–6 sprigs fresh thyme
- Splash of gin, vodka or tequila, whichever you prefer.
Serves 100
- 50 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (ruby red is my favorite, but any sweet, flavorful grapefruit will do)
- 50 cups chilled sparkling water
- 1.5-3 cups light agave nectar
- ice
- 10-15 bunches of fresh thyme
- Splash of gin, vodka or tequila, whichever you prefer.
Combine the juice, soda water, agave nectar, and ice cubes in a large jar with a lid. Shake gently until everything is combined. Taste for sweetness. Add more agave, as desired. Pour into individual glasses. Top each with a sprig of thyme. Add some good gin, vodka or tequila, as desired.
