The invitation package is not downloadable directly off of their site. You have to go through a checkout process and they will email you a download link. I did this and it seems legit.
The PDF files are completely customizable. I tested them on both Apple's Preview and in Adobe's PDF Reader.
Hindsight Advice: To complete the polished look of these adorable invitations, take them to a professional printer to be printed and cut. Also ask if they will score the escort cards and table numbers for you. Scored card stock folds easier and neater.
