A New Play on Rustic Weddings

I am completely charmed by the Mediterranean. In fact, here in California is the perfect place for a Mediterranean-style rustic wedding. California's coastal regions are similar in climate and landscape to the wine, fig, and olive growing Mediterranean regions in Europe. While California's mountains are more akin to the Swiss Alps, many of our visitors and destination brides are from the coast. A Mediterranean-style rustic theme would be perfect for Sierra weddings, nodding to the coastal climate the destination couple may come from, while still incorporating natural and rustic elements that fit well in a mountain setting.
