I am thrilled to collaborate with David’s Bridal on this post to share some of my favorite white wedding dresses from David’s. Soon after our engagement, in the middle of winter, on a whim, the Hindsight Groom and I headed to David’s Bridal to try on gowns. Yes, you saw that right, I tried on gowns with my Fiancé. My mom wasn’t there, nor my sister, nor mother-in-law, nor cousins, nor bridesmaids. Just me and my true-blue BFF. It just made sense to us.

We had a blast! While David’s recommends making an appointment, the store was quiet  during our mid-week trip. The associate was friendly and made no bones about the fact that I brought my future husband with me. In fact,  just as excited as we were about choosing our gown. I was amazed. This woman must see dozens of brides each week and yet here she was, giggling with us as if we were the very first newly-engaged couple she had ever met. Her excitement made the day extraordinary.

Within an hour and a half we had found The One. The perfect gown. Something that suited Hindsight Groom’s funky artistic sensibilities and my New England tendency toward classic, low-key design. No matter what your style, David’s Bridal has a gown to fit your taste and budget.
