Laura and Josh love mountains. They chose to capture their love in Mount Rainier National Park with photographer Breanna Elizabeth. They all met just before sunset on a beautiful foggy day, with the sun peeking out just in time for some epic pictures.
How did the two of you meet? Josh and I first met in March 2012 in a running meetup group at Lunken airport when I moved to Cincinnati. We ran together a few times, but both got busy and lost contact for a few months. That fall I was thinking about trying Crossfit and decided to text Josh and see if he had ever taken a class. We’ve talked every day since and he is my favorite workout buddy.
Tell us about the proposal! It was a nice spring day and Josh asked if I wanted to go for a walk. We took a walk around the neighborhood and decided to walk up our neighbor’s hill to see the sunset over the Cincinnati skyline, and Josh asked me to marry him! What are you most looking forward to on your wedding day? Of course, I can’t wait to marry my favorite workout buddy and travel partner. I’m also looking forward to having fun with all of our family and friends, and I’m excited for all of my out of town family to see Cincinnati.
