Winter Hot Springs Wedding in Montana

The team at Honeybee Weddings loved the adorable energy of this couple as they captured the warmth of this wedding. The couple wanted their guests to be warm and comfortable on their big day. However being married in Montana in October, they had to be prepared for the cold. Yet the magic of Mother Nature brought nothing but sun for Ariel and Richard’s big day.

Chico Hot Springs was the location of choice to bring the two together. The mountain surroundings, vintage burgundy color palette, and hike to the top of the mountain made for the most romantic moments. The couple shared lots of laughter, tears and hugs that welcomed them into the next part of their fairytale.

How did you meet?

Richard and I met through a mutual friend, Chase. We both went to Carroll College in Helena but mayhave never met if it weren’t for Chase introducing us!

What is your proposal story?

Richard took me to MAP Brewing in Bozeman where we sat outside by the lake. Richard was nervous and couldn’t get the ring out of his pocket, so to distract me further, he pointed to a non-existents and hill crane, which I proceeded to look for for way too long.

Tell us a little a bit about your wedding (your vision, color, style, and location choices).

We wanted to enjoy the fall colors and the rustic setting of Chico.

Tell us about your attire choices.

We wanted everyone to be warm and comfortable. With a Montana wedding in the mountains in the middle of October, we tried to be prepared for any weather.
