Mountain Wedding Round Up February | Ski Weddings, Modern Weddings, and Lots of Color

Holy Moley! Can you believe February’s over already? Each year end-of-February totally sneaks up on me! Good news is spring is right around the corner, daylight savings time is next week, and I have your round up of February’s loveliest mountain weddings from around the web. Enjoy!

Lake Tahoe Weddings

Lake Tahoe is one of my favorite spots for winter weddings. It’s only a 3-hour drive from San Fransisco and 45 minutes away from the Reno International Airport, making it easy to get to. There are also a number of ski areas to choose from if you’re planning a ski wedding.

Sun Valley Weddings

You’ve got to love it when a bride and groom opts for a slopeside wedding and their first act of marriage is to take a run down a ski hill. There’s not better place than the classic Sun Valley, Idaho–the birthplace of skiing in the West! And what perfect form. The Professional Ski Instructors of America would be impressed!

Berkshire Weddings:

The Berkshires in Massachusetts is a New Yorker’s playground. What that means is the Berkshires tend to be both hip and cultured. I love this Brooklyn couple’s decision to mix a modern city aesthetic with the beauty of the countryside.

Colorado Weddings:

This month’s Colorado weddings featured sweet rustic weddings with lovely pops of color, elegant foodie weddings and classic mountain rustic weddings, complete with a bride in cowboy boots.
