{What a boob I am! I wrote this yesterday and failed to actually publish it…duh!}
I love happy Mondays. I woke up today to find a lovely mountain-inspired invitation in my inbox sent over by Katie Fischer Cohen
She writes,
This [is a] custom design I did for Lauren and Jon. Their favorite thing to do together was hike and camp in The White Mountains, so obviously, they decided to marry in The White Mountains. I did simple & rustic illustrations of a mountain, leaf and pine tree for their invitation suite. We used envelopes made from recycled maps for the invitations.
I LURVE the map envelopes. And because I'm writing this super early in the morning (my creative time) my mind is chock full of cheesy map metaphors: "the journey of life," and "may you never lose your way." LOL
Anyway, if you're lucky enough to have an upcoming mountain wedding in the Northeast, Katie is located in Montclair, NJ and is available in her studio by appointment.
