Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and Happy Holidays in general. Mountainside Bride is taking a couple of weeks to unwind with family and do some bloggy maintenance.
If you just got engaged over the holidays, and are new to the blog, well, first, congratulations! Second, welcome to the Mountainside Bride!!! If you want to dive right in, start on this page: For Mountain Brides.
You’ll find that Mountainside Bride is a bit different from other wedding blogs. It’s not a diatribe against the so-called Wedding Industrial Complex, nor is it a celebration of Pretty-Pretty Weddings that are not feasible for most mountain brides. Rather, it’s a celebration of beautiful weddings in beautiful mountains. It’s got a little sass thrown in and lots of practical advice.
Find Your Mountain Region: Weddings are organized by region. You can access your mountain region by mousing over the Real Mountain Weddings navigation tab and choosing your region.
